Fun with Spore!

Yesterday, I played around with the Spore Creature Creator. I had a blast with it. The Spore Creature Creator is a very small part of the full game Spore coming out this September. The Creature Creator is pretty much just what it sounds like. You start off with what looks like an odd shaped piece of play-doh, you pull and squish this until you are happy with the shape. Then you have 228 flexible parts to add to your creature. Depending on where and how many appendages you put on, will determine how your creature walks, eats, all sorts of stuff. After that you get to ''paint" your creature. This means adding colors and patterns. For such a small little section of a game you have a lot of options. Head over to the Spore website and download the demo. I think you'll dig it :)

I'd like to introduce you to a special little girl named Hope. She's a Maltese puppy from Tennessee, but she's not your average Maltese. What makes Hope so special is that she was born without her front legs! She doesn't let this get in her way of having a good time though. With the help of an orthotist who constructed a prosthetic set of legs using the wheels from a model airplane, Hope can move herself around faster than ever! Because I squeezed their cute little faces all day! Sorry pugs, it's not my fault you're adorable. This is Otis, he's a squeezably cute pug from Colorado. You might remember him from such movies as Milo and Otis ( aka, the greatest animal movie ever!) though he's probably not the real Otis, I'm sure he could have been a stunt double! Hi, my name is Naomi. I'm currently residing in Long Island and I live for cute. I have been known to explode into a cloud of confetti after witnessing the cuteness of kittens, pandas and baby hedgies. My favorite animal is the panda. My pet of choice is the ever popular kitten and/or hedgehog. My favorite animal movie is Milo and Otis if you haven't seen it go watch it right now! Sometimes I like to daydream about being a sloth living in the Amazon. I love cooking, playing video games and doing a pod cast with my boyfriend Ben. I'm fluent in LOLSpeak and if I ever become President of the universe, I will solve the world's problems by giving out kitten kisses and tummy rubs, but until then I'm happy with passing my cuteness findings onto you! By the way, did I mention that I adopted a kitten over the weekend? Yup! It's true! At the moment her name is Dharma, but I'm not totally sold on the name so my challenge for you is to come up with a better cuter name for her and leave it in the comment box, here's her insanely adorable picture to inspire you!
